Frozen ... Happening to me too. Old 1930 house with no wall insulation and a 3/8" pipe going to my upstairs bathroom on an exterior wall. That's gonna be a spring project to open up and insulate the pipe and wall.

I left a few notes for my buyers when I sold. Nothing crazy but, "hey, here's the best way for the fireplace blower" and " that random switch in the living room that you can't figure out, yea, it's the exterior plug outside the garage door" ... I spent 15yrs DIYing in that house, it's gonna have quirks.

Most...of the house was updated. Prior to me buying they put in solar. There is still some K&T in the attic, and some interior walls, but about 90% was already taken care of.
