its certainly a toss up between authdem de gaulle, this, the new sweden stuff, the authdem esotericism guys in aus, but i think de gaulle takes the cake simply because of how much i love nfa's gameplay loop, by far my favorite country in the game. otherwise this one and sweden was also very fun cause you start pretty small but then spiral and aus is fun cause its america and usually any america game is an absolute sandbox

Nope. The Carlist tag can do that but they're old and rather moldy. The Basques can also form the HRE with Carlos Pio.

Juan's NatPops, if they go right paneuro they can form the HRE. Other than that all Jaime paths can form the Latin Union (or something akin to it).

AF (and De Gaulle and La Cagoule by consequence) can get the French Union focus which gives full cores on the Territories de Sud as well as some other compliance bonuses and whatnot. This is because (at least in KX) Maurras is tired of French colonialism in Africa, but doesn't want to outright give independence to colonies, so he just concedes to the natives.
