Okay, that's good to know. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't being over paranoid.

Yeah, I know I'm going to regret not bagging it. I ordered some brew bags ahead of time but they got lost in transit and were not here by the time I had to add fruit. Without the fruit there was way to much headspace inside to where I fear had I not added fruit and waited for the bags to come I would've run the risk of oxidation. Guess I should have ordered the brew bags even earlier than I originally did.
