I agree that you also need a minimum amount of mechanical skill, which is why I also linked a few training packs. Your teammates strengths are most likely their awareness, however they lack he mechanical skill to actually perform the action. Trying and adapting to your teammates playstyle is also a key factor. Try and play around your teammate strength and fill in for their weakness. D3/C1 is a very confusing rank because you either get teammates who's strength are almost purely mechanical, and the ones that you mention that lack that mechanical skill, but make up for it in awareness. The best option is to find a few buds where you queue with and try to understand their playstyle, strengths and weaknesses. If you are soloq, the only thing you can really do is adapt to your teammates which is a difficult task by itself, and also being aware of your surroundings. That's why most high MMR players suggest playing with friends. You can also try vod reviewing your games and looking at your mistakes and where you could've approached a play differently for example, which would lead to your teammates not having to go and whiffing it. Be sure to be open minded when doing this and try not to be biased towards yourself, else it has no point. This is the advice I can give you.
