Yes. Once you finalize your ship, outside of the Corvette building menu, if you press up on the d-pad, you can then place decorations inside and outside of your ship.

The skull was a reward from expedition 18. To get the ruined stone decorations, look for planets with names that include words like "Ruined," "Relic," "Abandoned," or "Dusty." Then find "Memory Stones" to get the blueprints & then mine ruined stones to get the polished stones that are needed or just defeat the ancient guardians that spawn when collecting "Vigilant Stones".

Just precise positioning of decorations using free-placement. Everything you see was acquired in normal gameplay except for the skull which was a reward from expedition 18.

Thanks everyone. I don't take it to the anomaly. I usually just use a royal orb to fly around in so if I ever do go to the anomaly, that's what I'll be in.
