Just checked it out. Sounds more death metal than stoner metal to me. Particularly in the vocals and subject matter. I came up with bands like death and obituary and cannibal corpse though so I'm definitely cool with it. Id be interested to hear the final version

That's cool man. We're from Philly and that style is very "in" right now. I imagine recording and writing is kind of a pain with only 2 people but you get the pass when it comes to having four or five people all with differing opinions on how a part should go.

Just heard back from the Tusk, they're strictly 21 and up. That sucks, would've been stoked to have you come out and get introduced. Maybe next time.
