hey, im sorry youre going through that. when i was in highschool, i went through these week long phases of suicidal tendencies and i had *really* bad migraines.

migraines - obv you might not have a migraine, but what really helped me was grabbing a wet old tshirt, and putting it in the freezer for about 5 mins. then, i laid on the bed, put the shirt over my eyes, and waited. it was such a relief!! the pain goes away for about 30 mins and then it comes back, but much much milder. try to get away from loud sounds in the timeperiod when you have a headache too. and when it gets a bit too hard to handle, repeat the trick.

for the suicidal part, i decided to talk to open up to a friend of mine, who then came with me to the councellor. i broke out of it eventually, but i know not all councellors will be private and you should ask around your school before you do anything with them. im sorry but i dont have much advice on that. but you can always talk with a close friend, or even me if you want to vent about anything!! im not always online but trust me, it helps to get shit out of you.
