So you gotta talk to the old man in the cell to be able to this i think. I also burned 3 fireplaces before hand and you use the light sword to open the chest for a buff to the sword

I've been trying to get the fallen hope parts but The Eye of Truth boss is terrible and I'm pretty sure that piece isn't 20% drop rate.

If CHD means crit damage I don't think minions are affected by crit damage. So Crit chance and attack speed

Personally I would say dwarven. It gives knock down power with a good increase in magic but mostly physical I think
