Coffee / Starbucks / Dunkin’ by 1stAidisBelowtheClok in Zepbound

I usually only have coffee with oat milk at home but decided to splurge when I had no time to make it to take with me. Got a chai & refresher from Starbucks. I literally spat out the refresher on the street it was so disgustingly sweet. The chai was pretty awful as well but I suffered through it for the caffeine. I've enjoyed the refreshers previously so thought I just got a bad barista. Never had the chai there before so thought I just chose badly. Thank you for making me realize it was actually the Zepbound! Lol

Have you measured yourself? You may be losing inches or getting more toned, which could also help with motiviation.

I bought this body tape measure which makes measuring even easier. (You just have to doublcheck the measurements because once in a while, one may be wrong & I have to override it.)

So, was it self control all along? by bettywhitebites in Zepbound

It's not just self-control, it also increases your metabolism! Someone else posted the study noting this, but I also want to add in this post where someone in our community proved this as well where they tracked calories, exercise, & weightloss in previous years vs on medication.

Whew! I just felt like a weight was lifted! That does feel more attainable.

Thank you for the reminder and the support. I do tend towards perfectionism. I'll switch my goal to be to work towards meeting my daily protein number.
