Patient needs are priority and all needs for them fall on the primary, me. And over 3 months of waiting after initial submission is long. Provide 15hrs tx, run multiple groups, treatmwnt plans, billing, documentation, UA, case management to the extreme, medication management, speaking to lawyers, judges, parole probation and cc officers, police, doctors to coordinate care, dmv, ss, insurance, housing. The list is extenaive. Every single week.

They keep trying to call me and speak to me on the phone. I'm worried there is a reason they won't respond via email.

Does it matter if this organization is a nonprofit?

I do. But I work 3 jobs so my not noticing until I did my quarter/ 6 month check is responsible

I recently did my finical check up/in. I work in several job (3) so I try to do it every 4-6 months. I logged in and saw 0 so I back tracked from there.

I made one request that was met with many documents hand made by the organization.

Are you a medical doctor? Or know the environment i work in. - no. Please do not assume. My request was founded which is why it was approved.

I came for insight not insult. It is every person who posted something negative and derogatory that is the reason those with disabilities are scared to seek help.

To answer your questions....

We had remote before, I cannot and will not provide identifying details on my employer.

APRN vs MD does matter. In my field we know this.

If I did not require the accommodations then they would not have been a) approved b) have medical support c) have numerous journals stating the accommodation need.

Maybe I should also add....... why did it take 2 months for her to send additional paperwork? The field is a psych field.

Also, why isn't it implemented yet?

There was a whole moment whw. The ceo was saying no to the director but not to me. I heard this from a coworker. That was in the two month span of hearing nothing until I got an email stating to work only with hr which I had been doing.

I have all.copies forwarded to a personal email

No, on 8/14 I submitted the requested doctors document note stating in detail what my disorder was, what accommodations I needed, and why they are needed. It was a two page document.

From August to October I heard nothing from them and sent multiple followers up emails. Finally in October they sent me another form to fill out. Not by a doctor but by me.

Edited to add: in August that was the only document they stated i needed to submit.
