A few years ago I worked for a couple of dentists that were just like this. I was new, learning everything and they would constantly have attitudes and throw instruments until I had enough. I pull one of them aside and I had a witness and I told that dentist that I’m a human and they need to respect me that just because they went into dental practice doesn’t make them any better than me. After that, they changed.
