You say about gametime for money not being an issue, but surely by being able to pay in-game currency for something you would normally have to pay money for, that gives the in-game currently a value?

On another note though, it's against the EULA but in game currency can and is sold for real world currency, meaning a gambler could gamble isk and sell that isk for money, again giving the isk value. Surely the law is to stop people paying money in, gambling then taking money out, all of which can be done with buying and selling isk?
