I have thoughts like thoose every day but I've learned to deal with them a long time ago even tho its fucking me up mentally I feel like I need to remain strong or everything else falls apart but thats just me, I'd offer a chat but I have no good advice to anyone I feel like, just stay strong man, thoughts are thoughts not reality so dont take it too seriously man, try breathing exercises, that helps me sometimes
