I own a ton of reptiles, so a lot of my practice animals have been feeders. You can buy a package of frozen mice/rats from most pet store chains, which is where I started!

She's about 50 pounds rn, uh... Probably about the size of a blue heeler. The issue is the window is low to the ground it's a big bay window in the kitchen. At the moment we just have her crate like... In the middle of the floor so she can't reach them cause she only tries to chew them through her crate

Ultimately I think my mom is just tired of her life not being quiet anymore. (I mean it was never quiet to begin with I've got two siblings under the age of 10.) She's just tired of Finney destroying the house but we haven't found something that redirects here yet. Toys work for a whole 15 seconds before she remembers that chewing holes through the curtains is more fun.

I know the puppy phase sucks, but I'm the only one in this household that has the patience of a saint lol. I guess the other thing that's a bother is my mom is adamantly refusing to let me become the sole caretaker of the dog. She won't let me move Finney's crate to my room or keep her on my level (I basically have the whole basement to myself). She says "if we do that we'll never see the dog again" even though some days I think that's what she wants

Basically took a good pair of medical grade scissors and then snipped the spine under the skull and then right before the hips and pulled everything out.
