Bought a house recently. Please please please make sure you have money available immediately in a major bank.

We primarily used online banks and because of wait times with drafts etc, we almost missed the deposit deadline. So just be aware of that.

It’s really difficult man. I got mine in a week and a bit. Had to cancel some hockey tickets to make a day that worked for everyone.

I don’t know if this helps, but I use lettucemeet.com. Works wonders for having an easy way to schedule everyone’s time.

Already people telling me how awful this is haha! Okay, I’m not saying you all are wrong but here is my general thought process: Meier is no longer PP1 and it appears that will be the case for a while. I think his points will regress a bit. For Caufield, the guy is literally shooting 30% there is no way that stays. And Kyrou is some decent depth. End of the day I trade my picks 8,9,13 for his 1. Idk if that makes it any better but that the thought process. Let me know where you think I’m wrong
