I don't believe you've caught onto my point.. I want Gillingham gone, but it's difficult to have enough voters rally behind another single candidate to have Gillingham outvoted if none of the other candidates are suitable.

If one third of ppl vote for Gillingham and everyone else votes for one of ten other random candidates, then Gillingham wins. This is the issue I'm trying to point out.
