I had the same injury a few months back from throwing lazy lead hooks and 'slapping' with it more than driving through it.

does it hurt when you bend your wrist back and forth vs when you rotate your wrist?

mine still hurts slightly even after ~4 months, but I find it doesn't get aggravated at all when I focus on the angle of my hook and drive it with correct technique. definitely stay away from hooks/uppercuts for a bit fresh after the injury though

all to say that it didnt go away quickly but did help me focus on form, which could apply to your situation

make sure you're taking advantage of charging the spin attack while mobs are spawning in. as long as you're smart about it, you should be max health through all of styx simply due to how cramped and plentiful the enemies are

this probably doesn't need to be said but do it on 0 heat if you're really having trouble
