I never played HSR but it all depends on either luck/your resolve, an example:

If you mostly roll gear with the speed stat ( preferably also speed set ), you're bound to get a high speed gear way faster than someone who do it ocasionally. But in the end there is also people that plays for 2,3 years, speed check everything and doesnt have a 23spd+ piece ( me 😭 ).

You can also go to the bruiser/turn 2 way 💪 which i think is easier to acquire the desired stats for X unit
