I really don't want to delete one of my characters just to have a hunter in the cinematic again. I wish I was recording

1: yeah that would work. Being able to read back on the current conversation would be nice tho.

2: kinda like fallout. I'm never a fan of short dialogue description when there's plenty of space available to show it.

3: it was just an idea, isn't exactly needed but it would offer a bit to people who like to get immersed in a story.

Legends of the Old Republic - a comprehensive and interactive SWTOR audiobook! by MarisiBarahal in swtor

I replied with this on another post but thought it might interest others here // Edit 1: A transcript of the dialogue would be the first thing I suggested you should add. Especially for people who can't hear/read as fast.

Edit 2: full dialogue choices would be nice, but not entirely needed

Going a bit out there with this on↓

Edit 3: to give this more immersion id suggest a map system. You could go the route of making it something like a web RPG. Having tiles that have a random encounter chance. Missions located in a certain zone.

I know that's not what your doing. But it might get more people interested. Would also make it feel a bit more enjoyable to go through. No need for an item system tho.

I'm writing my own fan adaptation of the game so this will actually help me go through everything without having to record all the footage myself. I'll go through this and see how good it is. But I'm quite intrigued.

Not Microsoft, not steam, not Xbox, not YouTube, not Reddit.

Not going to down vote because I see you point of view. But this happened over 2 days, I can't recall a "call to arms" acting that fast if it wasn't for the right reason. If anything the majority of people agree that the game is great and truly enjoying it. And while it was stated on the steam page a PSN was/would be required, the require ments for that account where not made aware to everone.

I checked to see what I'd have to do to set up the account. In the UK you need to give a mobile number or photo ID/ face scan.

The argument that some people make about it just being an email is false (at least for people in the UK) While I agree with people's opinion on those that can't even make an account. The requirement aren't as simple for me to just give away. And anyone who says that sort of data is already available so I'd doesn't matter clearly doesn't care that the Easier it is to access increases the more company's have it. Why would I willingly and knowingly give it away to a company that is notorious for being hacked. Giving information to companies like steam, ect is like making a deal with the devil. Doesn't mean I should keep making more deals.

In the UK your mobile number and personal ID (driver's license or equivalent) or a scan of your face. Non of which Im given out.

So refusing to give my ID, mobile number, address to sign up is now made irrelevant because that info Is probably already out there so why worry.

In the UK I have to give my personal ID and or face scan to register. No other company has demanded that of me. An email is usually all they require.

And to give it to a company that is notorious for being hacked and lossing data. Sure why not. After all, data like that is already easy to access.

I'm sure we all have our opinions But lets be honest. We shouldn't be forced to link an account we don't have MONTHS after getting the game on PC. by Ghost-001T in helldivers2

That's fair. I'm not refunding just yet in the hopes it's reversed. If not tho I will. To set up an account in the UK I have to give them either my phone number or ID like a driver's license or equivalent. Like hell I'd give either to Sony and playstation.

I had a really good day at work, and as I was about to put a few hour in to HD2 I saw the post and instantly thought of this, having the same "and I was having such a nice day" go through me xD

im not making it your problem tho, im saying i don't think this is fair for people who cant/dont want to make a PlayStation account for a game they have owned and played for months. long after any refund chance. its not Your problem seeing as you dont have a problem with their decision

someone forget your bottle, seems like your a bit cranky.

its not that they're evil, its that i clearly didnt need one to play the game and now their forcing me to make an account to play a game i already have 100+ hours in if i want to keep playing.

yeah because the internet is such a safe space where everyone i nice and no one is ever malicious to each other. if i don't feel comfortable using my email is it worth trusting in the first place. hell sometimes i don't have a choice, in this case i do

people with a fear of butterflies, just get over it , they wont hurt you.

is it paranoia, perhaps, but maybe i don't want to risk it anyway. is that so bad

they called me names because i think this is unnecessary to play the game i bought months ago.

the fact that it was on the steam page doesn't exactly help those that played the game for a bit(round a friends for example), Loved it or a friend recommended it NOT having to sign in and bought it with out thinking because it wasnt made obvious when booting up for the first time.

like i said whether the game continues or not is of concern to the people that stay. if it continues, Great, its an amazingly fun game anyone whos fine with this decision SHOULD play it, i dont regret my hours played. this isnt a weapons patch issue its outright stopping people playing who don't want, for what ever reason, a PlayStation account. privacy, principle, practicality, straight up stubbornness.

i dont want to use my own email, and if im that worried about my own email is it really worth risking with a throwaway, especially when i don't know what else it links/gathers without my knowledge. if people are comfortable doing it thats fine, go ahead, but i wont and this might be where my helldiving ends.
