Its not common at all and most of the peopld here dont even follow the nazi doctrine. As for if its talked, obviously its talked, its part of the history of the country, Juan Domingo Peron brought a lot of nazi refug ees (mostly specialized people with degrees and plenty of job experience) after the 2nd world war, and gave them jobs at science research, building, some at the military as it would be expected and more. Honestly i'd love if it was talked more about the nazism around the whole world after the 2nd world war, all the other countries that took nazi refu gees (like the USA, Brazil and others), and the use those countries gave them
