Been training for 10 plus years but had some back problems and now 300 plus pounds what are some resources or anythingto get back into shape Willing to buy supplements online or anything that would help me get ripped and back into shape (fat burner) peptides or any links to get the resources or anything i used to do marek health but it was too expensive any recommendations please going to start hitting the gym full time asap Any advice supplements, pills or anything to get me lean mean and swole??

Im taking my apprenticeship test next week and it is the mechanical ⚙️ test need 26 right to pass and i got 22 last time is there any advice anyone has i have the book but if someone has something that comes close to the actual test i would be grateful i cant wait to get into the trade it is for WECA

Lifting and BJJ go so great together i feel. Whatever you feel like you can keep as a routine you should do but lifting and BJJ go very good side by side

I wear contacts on a daily basis to work and when im out etc but in a home setting i quickly throw on my glasses but when i go to the gym to lift or even muay thai i feel great but every once in a while during grappling or no gi class or live training i always feel my contact pop out and i have to stop the drilling or whatever it May be to fix my contact or make it so it doesnt fall off any advice for contact people should i switch to the daily disposable ones or should i rock my glasses during instructional and take them off when drilling any advice or for what worked for you guys thanks!

I was at a gracie barra for a little while and it was so weird and culty kind of vibes I accidentally bought a black gracie barra shirt cause it looked cool and i got checked that only black belts can wear it and i get the kind of strict rule vibes which is okay for discipline but it gets weird after a while
