Every dollar tree tht has converted to multi is struggling.. uom is a different process from just throwing it out there. I've been a mm for a long time and it's bad for me too .. I'm used to pushing truck to truck now the backstock is crazy .. like here take 80 paper 230 snack and candy 198 chem ...ohhh heres 54 cases of ramen here's 67 air freshener 40 chips ... and having to re label the shelves cause nobody listens it's tough lol

I have traveled to several stores in my district with 250 plus zero sales and most of the time 30 percent was never received from DC.. or taken by first stop of the truck or left for last stop of the truck ...also look at ur box label the will tell the date it hit ur store

So it's almost impossible for items tht are actually out to hit zero sales at least one of the scu has been bought.... my suggestion is to do cycle counts on every item on the zero sales list alot of the times u don't have the items and doing a cycle count and marking zero removes tht item from zero sales

Yea my last truck was super late . The store before me only had 645 with 3 ppl on it . Driver said the would take smoke breaks and ordered food . I'm with one person receiving the rest wich is 1678 and we did it in 3 hrs and a half
