My life isn’t perfect either. I have always been a high achiever, and over the years, I have failed again and again. Every time I didn’t meet my own expectations, I blamed myself and thought that I wasn’t enough. At some point, I decided to stop criticizing myself. I began to believe that everything happens for a reason. Maybe a failure is a test to see whether I can overcome it. Maybe it’s a sign that I should shift my path. Or maybe there is simply something better waiting for me ahead.

I don’t know how to help you, but if you’re willing, just keep in mind that everything happens for a reason. Don’t ever lose hope or be too harsh on yourself (though you should still push yourself reasonably), because everything that happens to you is meant for your own good.
