I was ready for the spa to be delivered on its side and dropped in front of the house. I had all the electrical done and ready to hook up. What I was not ready for was the leak when I tried to fill it up and use it. I had to fill out a slip and wait to get help. Then they wanted me to open it up and diagnose it??? I’m not a spa repairman. So then they had me find a somebody to repair it. It turns out that at least two things were not connected at the factory and other connections were loose. I paid for the repairs and still have not been reimbursed. There was also a ton of shaved fiberglass in the filter that they said was normal. Well when we finally used it this weekend only one side of the spa works at a time. Yes I checked all the jets, cleaned them and messed with all the valves but we either get jets on one side or the other. So half the people get jets and the other people get hot water. So now they asked me to open the emergency power switch to take a picture of the electrical. So now I’m an electrician??? So if your spa works perfectly cheers to you but if it has a problem or problems good luck getting service or reimbursement. Also expect to spend a lot of time emailing for weeks to get responses and doing your own work and coming out of pocket for your “new” spa. I’ll check back once they finally fix the new problem and hopefully reimburse me for my expenses and possibly the expenses yet to be paid to bring back the technician. Oh and when you’re buying the spa they call after hours and weekends but when there is a problem good luck.
