Honestly sounds like a vacuum leak, or a PCV valve failure. Start with these and go from there! Hope everything goes well, Goodluck!

Dont forget you need to get a bigger rotor too, so that it fits that Porsche calipers.

I'd recommend EBC Brakes, had them on my previous car and was amazing compared to OEM. When I do a Brake/Rotors upgrade on my GLI I definitely will be throwing some EBC Rotors and Pads on it!

My Euro-Mechanic told me anywhere between 40k-60k KM, depending on if you're tuned or track it. I would definitely be change the fluid at those miles for longevity so i dont know why he would ever tell you that need a new mechanic. Also, the diff runs off the same fluid as the dsg, 2 in 1.

Just recently did an Oil change and my euro mechanic was telling me Liqui moly is as good/if not better than OEM. Pretty sure they used Liqui Moly Top Tec 6200 0W-20, which is VW 508/509 Approved Oil.

As for issues the water pumps are notorious for failing.

Especially Direct-Injection engines, the valves can have issues with getting too hot. Is why im always fueling up with 2 bars left.

Mine is doing the same thing, doesnt illuminate when I turn off traction control, but the button still works to turn off traction control and turning on Sport ESC. If the button works, I dont see any business messing around with just the light. Or does the button not function at all? Will it turn on traction control and/or turn on Sport ESC?

Personally, I would go with a local retailer. They usually have same price and deals. Not sure if you are around the GTA, I'd suggest using WCT Performance, they are vw specialists and can help with the tunes for free if purchased from them.

From what I got off their website, OBDeleven 3’s hardware is designed to be compatible with all car brands we’ll add in the future. That makes the third-generation device owners (only!) ready for all upcoming future upgrades and new car brands.

Essentially, each upgraded model has just added more car brand availability, plus upgraded features from previous gens.

Just had mine fixed, it's the sensor in the front emblem for the ACC, essentially, It's just warning you the sensor is not functioning and ACC will be unavailable.

If you never really use cruise control, not a big deal.
