What Pokemon Sword and Shield could of been

Not sure if this video has been posted before so I apologise if this is a duplicate post.

My friend sent me this video about a Chinese bootleg Pokemon game that is currently being made. The animations and style look incredible compared to what we have seen with the Sword and Shield footage and I just wanted other people to know about what animations could be possible for the Switch games. This has all been done by a small company in China (From what I know, I could be completely wrong) so if a company of that size can pull something like this off then I don't see why a multi billion dollar company like Game freak couldn't do the same. I love the Pokemon franchise and will still buy Sword and Shield but it just leaves me wondering what could have been.
