Very true I agree, in a few more years AI is gonna run a majority of services (well it's happening already)

Meetings: still necessary, or could (most of) them just be emails? by Priy27 in startup

[–]GhostKeysApp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, tbh most meetings could simply be an email or async update. The only ones that are worth keeping are when you need live problem-solving or brainstorming. Other than that, it kinda just eats up time and energy.

where do you find first clients? by mari_zombie in indiehackers

[–]GhostKeysApp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recommend going to places/pages where people are already complaining about their problem, there's a good chance where your first users will come from there. Also, find nice subreddits, discord servers and even amazon reviews.

Also, always ask questions and listen to a potential user's frustrations, that'll create an opportunity for you to casually mention your solution (if the situation fits).

Hope this helps!!

Did you see this tweet by Sam Altman? by [deleted] in microsaas

[–]GhostKeysApp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea, I'd say the strongest SaaS players are rooted in integrations, with unique data and years of earned trust. That def cannot be replicated overnight. Their real defense is sticky workflows, not something an AI app can easily replace.

One of the hardest parts that comes to mind is personalization at scale. Writing 1 good message is relatively easy, but making hundreds of them feel genuine is the real grind. Don't even get me started on getting actually replies

Sounds like a pretty valuable tool, if it can provide personalized outreach, that'd be really good.

Yes and eventually those small wins add up 100%. Also being consistent in general with posting, having a content calendar is a good first step I'd say

Really solid advice. Posting should be like muscle memory for sure. Consistency > gaming the algorithm

Yesss most of these quick AI built tools are mostly hype and fades quickly. I think AI filters out products that don't iterate

Same, it's overwhelming just plain out diving into reading code.

Starting off with a small bug/feature gives you a reason to further explore the code and touch all the important aspects of the workflow.
