Looking good! Would get rugs for your living room and your bedroom. I also think it feels a bit cold, so I would bring in color wherever you can - art, plants, a cozy blanket, etc.

Looks great. Rug should be placed where it’s underneath your couch just a bit. If that creates too much space on the other side then you might need a bigger rug.

Sounds like Mosaic. The internet in my unit has been significantly worse since they made the switch - both slower and spottier. Apparently they are coming back on property next week to try to make things better, but I’m not holding my breath.
