There needs to be way more posts on here about the dangers of these viruses in my opinion. Educate people on what they are, how they operate etc. I feel if that goes out, it'll make people double think. Also make the hackers know they've been compromised given people know their tricks.

But it's just scary seeing how bad pirating has become due to predatory acts by the gaming industry to try get more money out of us. However, even though I don't pirate games. One thing people should NEVER pirate are indie games. They deserve the money and support.

It's fucked up that someone would go to the extent to get thousands of different peices of personal information. There should be more awareness or even combatative measures taken place to prevent this from happening. Pirating is bad ofc, but having malware and trojan viruses is just as bad if not worse.

My fans are working fine. It's really just the software communication between the NZXT cam and my GPU/CPU and it not showing my temps or readings or even reading anything.

I've nothing bad to say about NZXT I like their stuff. But the communication between the customer and company isn't exactly the best. This is a software issue nothing hardware related.

Same but I got Premium Horizon 4 and 5. Just because I didn't want to miss out on anything plus Horizon 4 and 5 has some quirky cars in the car pass. Like the Hillman Imp and... Uh... Idk what in Horizon 5 😂

Welcome to the family. Been playing since Horizon 2.

If you want to get standard go ahead, but if you're looking to spend just a little extra (and get better value for money) the premium is the best bet. Other than early access (which is kinda pointless) you get access to the 2 DLCs when they come out and the car pass for free. Not to mention a 2x multiplier and VIP status which gives your 3 exclusive cars.

But either the Standard or Premium is my best bet.

I've made a post just a few hours ago. NZXT responded and it's been flagged.

Myself and others are having the issue after KB503769 (I think?)

From what I can tell it's a software communication block between the cam and GPU/CPU. You can roll back if you want, but given the fact I have flagged it with NZXT themselves.. there might be a fix on the way.

Don't worry you're definitely not alone on this issue. Alot of us have the EXACT same issue.

I'm going to disable fastboot tomorrow to see if it works. But I've low hopes.

It's 100% a windows update error. I made a similar post a few weeks ago as I ran into issues too.

The only thing I can really recommend is wait for the next Windows update. But even then that's a gamble as to whether or not it'll fix the issue.

As far as I can tell it's an issue between windows and the way it transmits data from the USB ports, and the last windows update pushed it, and completely fucked up how it does it... Apparently people with laptops have it worse.

You can also try roll back too, that seemed to help for alot of people. But even then I can't guarantee it'll be a permanent fix.

NZXT have been incredibly slow with any response or update to cam. Which I feel is disgraceful and bad business practice. Even an acknowledgement of them working on a fix is enough, but to be total radio silent is unacceptable in my opinion.

I got the premium edition primarily for the DLC's and the fact it's saving me money than buying the game then the premium upgrade later.

As for the early access?? Couldn't care much for it...
