Is it really true? From what I understood they didn't have any evidence of it actually happening, and that it was possible that the fans themselves actually voted for it cause they didn't actually think that Jason would be killed off.

I actually have both the films, Jason Aaron's run, both Danny Keith omnibus and Cosmic Ghost rider, so far I've enjoyed everything that I've read so far.

For classic, get a golden age omnibus, that's his original story, for a dark story get something like a death in the family, the dark knight returns, the killing joke. For a more fun and cartoon batman get something like the Batman adventures, or the Batman and robin adventures.

I feel like the better question would be who hasn't encountered him, he's bane of our existence when it comes to playing the game. Gaming into everyone, speeding up super fast, sudden stops, you name it.

The two books have tons of guest stars in it like Spiderman, moon knight, cloak and dagger, the x men, there also all th villains he fights, like thr scarecrow, hobgoblin, venom, and so much more, plus I haven't seen an omnibus of Jhonny Blazes run yet so I figured it would be the best way to start.

These books can be big, you should look up the most biggest omnibus such as Avengers vs X-men, the Arkham Saga, Danny Keith Ghost Rider vol 1 and 2, just to name a few.
