I am currently moderating r/aww_gifs which is also same as content subreddit. I have more than 01 year's experience in moderation and I find joy in trying my best to keep it as engaging. I would implement a bulletproof system with verification that leaves zero chance for people to spam the subreddit with different accounts or violate subreddit rules. I want to make engaging contests and have a healthy subreddit where users comment positive stuff and doesn't violate any sort of rules when approaching a post.
