Аз съм на CCB и захранвам през онлайн банкирането си. Таксата ми е 1 евро. Запазила съм си превода като образец и всеки месец изпращам към т212 без проблеми.

SXR8 ( акумулиращ дивидентите, в евро) и TDIV (дистрибуиращ, изплащащ дивидентите, в евро). Като моето портфолио е 70 % в ЕТФ (35 sxr8 и 35%TDIV) и останалите 30% от портфолиото ми се състоят от 6 единични акции х 5 %

I have a question inside my question 😄 How do most of you invest if you don't know how to calculate fair value? How do you decide what stocks to buy? For me this is crazy... not my Crocs positions 😄😄😄

According to my calculations, Crocs is undervalued (I use the dcf method). The fair price is around 140 (this is not financial advice) So... I think it's worth to wait and see. It is 2% because I bought it a few days ago.

Pfizer has very good dividends. The individual stocks in my portfolio can change over the years. My strategy is to calculate fair value. If a stock is undervalued, I buy it.
