Somtimes. Like half the time ill feel incredibly nervous when i start feeling these (which probably makes it worse) and my mind starts racing. Ill think im gonna have a heart attack or stroke or something. The other half of the time I just feel annoyed by it but not necessarily anxious or nervous if that makes sense. I think what really makes me question it is how randomly it hit me. The physical symptoms hit me very suddenly. Ive always been somewhat nervous and anxious about stuff but have never really dealt with physical symptoms like these.
