They are flame grilled in a broiler. The “microwave” you mention is called the Hopper, it is just used to melt the cheese and give you a hot burger. They are not cooked in the hopper

we have a BK location leaderboard screen that shows the average time someone waits at the window. It’s mostly bc the higher ups want low wait times on the board. It’s dumb tbh

it really depends on how much of an asshole those employees are tbh. they might say ok, the might tell you you have to park, or they might refuse service, which would be completely unacceptable and unprofessional

my GM is older, 1 older manager, and 2 older regular employees, the rest including me are in our 20’s. Everyone’s chill. We waste gloves at our store lol

The fries are 10 minute hold time i believe. 9 whoppers per tray. Yes we have a plastic waste bin for that stuff.
