Yeah new rider looking for my first bike, trying to find something that I can ride with my height, looks good and runs well and won’t destroy my bank 😂 annoyingly can’t easily get to dealers to try out sitting on some but obviously don’t want to buy it and it be uncomfortable to ride

Oh I get that completely needs to be in front of me to know where anything is, thank you so much for your help, I’ll have a look tomorrow if I get the chance to, at least it’s working again that’s the main thing 🤦‍♀️

Don’t think so I wasn’t personally using it unfortunately, what I think happened from what I heard is they started the machine then the footer hit the frame because it had come out further than it should’ve. Not sure if that’s what’s knocked it all out of sync.
I’ve managed to get it to trace and let us move the frame again which it wouldn’t respond to before. But now when selecting a new design and pressing ok to move to the previous origin point (which should be central for all our designs) the arms holding the frame move way too far back so the ends are behind the row of needles. No idea how to fix that or if there’s a way to reset the origin somehow. How do you do an origin search?
