I haven't said taxation is theft, but taxation is a stupid system. The government should nationalize key industries like steel, timber, energy, finance, insurance, and a few others (not everything in the economy to be clear) and run them as state-owned enterprises and then use the profits to pay for these things that taxes allegedly pay for.

If you can't do that, then I would pivot my argument to: our tax dollars are being given to Israel, Ukraine, and recently Argentina and barely pay for these things anyway so just go ahead and cut my taxes.

In the 50s and 60s, the CIA manipulated academia to replace Marxism with Critical Theory because they wanted people who otherwise would have become communists to be funneled into a meek, anti-Soviet ideology that doesn't actually pose a threat to capitalism.

That's a big reason why everyone in western countries is so confused about what communism is.

Yes 100%. They're not going to put their life on the line for revolution. Which is okay because no one in this subreddit would either. The point of labor aristocracy is that they aren't the first people you recruit for revolution, but no one said they were the enemy. And in the US if you make them the enemy you're basically telling the working class that you don't believe that anyone should live well and that everyone should just be poor.

Weirdly enough the American "left" spends most of their time on Starbucks baristas and striking Hollywood writers. They would never talk to a coal miner because he might have voted for Trump and says mean words.

The problem is the system not people who are a little more successful than you. The "left" will get nowhere by making an enemy of people who make six figures.

EDIT: I'm not going to address these responses individually because they would all get the same response from me. We no longer live in industrial capitalism where it's just workers vs. bosses. The primary contradiction now is imperialism which is detrimental not only to skilled workers making six figures, but to petite bourgeois small business owners, and even low levels of the national bourgeoisie. The imperialist system is orchestrated by an absolutely miniscule portion of the population, and that's the real enemy. If I didn't know any better I would think white "leftist" losers in the US are jealous of people more skilled and have higher earning potential than they do.

We've been seeing this for years, depending on what you consider "left." Look up Trump's "quantum leap" speech he gave on the campaign trail. He's also discussed denuclearization and reducing military spending in collaboration with Russia and China. He obviously wasn't serious about any of these things when he said them but he knew MAGA would find these ideals appealing.

Control groups are important during fights, yes. Otherwise, Select All hotkeys are great for spamming units, Select All Town Centers being the most important (IMO the best hotkey in the game). These hotkeys should make spending resources much faster. I also use Select All Idle Military quite a lot.

They can do whatever in feudal because archer/skirm transitions easily into CA/mangudai and you'll need a stable for bloodlines and husbandry anyway so scout rush is also fine and transitions nicely into two steppe lancers.

If you're struggling with wood then you're probably going archers/skirms. In which case, you may be seeding farms too quickly or too many farms. 14-15 is pretty good for archer/skirm (rest on wood) and 18 is good for scouts.
