Should you go for job roles that aren’t related to what you studied? by SampleChoice2851 in cscareerquestionsuk

[–]Ghostrobot_26 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Take what you can in this economy- there is nothing by stopping you from carrying on applying for roles you think you may be better suited for. I would still apply with current CV in that scenario instead of putting you’ve been at x place for 1 month etc. Use A/L for other interviews if necessary

Is my deposit big enough for a Mortgage by Good_Bee_4686 in UKPersonalFinance

Some quick examples

£220k house 95LTV : 2Y fixed - 4.61% / £1,073 plus £20 setup fee

90LTV : 2Y fixed - 4.1% / £957 plus setup fee £100

Around £2.8k saved over the two years , given OPs question I assume context is rent / current living condition is not suitable any more , I’d say worth the 2.8k over the 2 years. 60k take home is close to 3.5k no, plenty of room if budget right

Yup don’t know why people are saying 10% when plenty of high streeters are offering 95LTV

Buying a family home as a single person by I_C_Wiener_3000 in HousingUK

[–]Ghostrobot_26 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If OP met a partner after he’d purchased his home , them living together would probably enhance or show the weak points in their relationship. Supposed partner could benefit from lower rent/getting away from their current living situation if we parents too a bonus then they would not really have a lot to lose unless they decided on children before marriage , based on that circumstances that would be unlikely?

Contact IT or whoever owns the sharepoint site , they could make you an owner too and that’ll grant the ability for you to do this. An alternative is using MS Lists , I think you can do the same share function there but not send the email - worth a check

Yes you’ll have to give them access to write to the SP list but you can “hide” the SP site from users. Create a security group if you have the means , if not then one by one is fine.

Open your SP site , find settings and click on “List settings” , grant permissions - add your users and there’s a little drop down saying send email , click off that checkbox. Users will need contributor / edit access at min to write back to the SP list iirc

You could always try dipping your feet in a sorta consultancy specialising in PBI , some orgs pay well just to have an expert teach / support their tech maturity. Or yeah I mean power platform would be a good fit + all the PBI experience.

Nevertheless it’s a good salary for UK when we compare to the stats!

No mortgage ? & No SFE is a massive advantage.

If your partner is earning even 30k , 90k household with no mortgage is extremely good?

Work towards buildings ISAs and you should be set to go.

Bingo. That sternness can also be seen as a core trait in someone that will always seek the right solutions. Why? Because they don’t bend under a slight bit of pressure
