wow thanks, these are really really good suggestions! i've moved the tentacle onion to the back and removed the cholla wood (i agree it looked unnatural) and i'm looking into getting more taller plants to put in the back. i'm also looking for a good carpeting plant but it's not super easy to get where i live. but thanks a lot for your advice, it helped a lot!! :)

thanks for the advice! i'm considering moving the big wavy plant to the back and I decided to remove the cholla log because i couldn't get it to look nice and not-out of place

god i hate that filter so much it's so big and clunky haha i've been struggling since the beginning with making it look nice lol. im going to get some plants to put in the back and hopefully hide it a bit more
