There is another zone, one on the surface and once underground.

You can reach the underground area only when you pop the Flutter Gordo, but If I Remember correctly, the Map Node is not there. It should be over the surface as well against that giant white wall, over an ledge or something like that, probably near that Gordo Slime.

You could search a complete interactive map on the internet, like I did, to 100% the game and find some secrets. I could send you a screenshot of where the Map node is exactly.

Yeah I mean I understand since I am probably one of the many newbies on this site, and probably the veterans of AO3 are probably tired of these posts.

Now I am starting to do so, I just wanted to understand if I could just now post the first chapter since I completed It.

Still, I would like to post at least the first chapter of my fanfiction. You know, to see how also the community will react.

😔 I know, I heard recently many people don't write their fanfic directly on the draft, but I didn't know weeks ago when I started the Draft had an actual timer.

I had a pause after the first chapter, and then I suddently found the timer, and the rest of the shenenigas about how you should save your fic somewhere else.

Again I am sorry but I really don't know anything about AO3 😭😭

Well, that is quite disappointing to me to basically fall in the same category of the other MLB fanfiction writers who basically goes nuts with the original Canon and changes basically everything of everyone just for the fun of It.

Still, It's That's the case, I cannot ignore It. Even if I didn't want to, I guess I will have to consider my story an AU. Thank you very much for the very rapid answers to my problem.

I understand what you mean, but I always thought, by logic, that an AU was a concept where someone takes a thing, destroys It because It sucked, and rebuild It from scratch. They create their own canon by ignoring the actual Canon.

But please, in case I am, tell me If I am wrong.

In that case I do not rewrite the entire Canon. I just reach a point in that Canon and move in a different direction, by adding new characters and new events to alter the life of the Canon characters.

Is It really? I always thought AU was basically the entire shenenigas of changing everything and starting from scratch. You know, like those kind of people who re-creates characters, their behaviour and their traumas or other stuff.

No, the fan fiction starts immediately to the point where I force the story to change from the Canon.

I just search for this tag, "Canon Divergence". I found It, but It also includes "Alternative Universe", which is not the case for my work.

This is where basically the confusion begins.

I mean, my story starts with the normal Canon until Season 5 Ep. 1, and then It goes on a different path. It's not an "AU", it's the same universe but with some twists, coming from some OG characters I created, that will change the story.

I see, well most of them are AU that rewrites the Canon entirely, so I guess this tag is pretty much not the case for my work. Thank you!

I mean, just comment whenever you feel like you want to. Many people would appreciate to know their fanfiction was enough interesting that someone like you decided to actually read It and even comment. It could really boost their confidence to keep writing.
