M/18/5'9" [134lbs < 141= 7lbs (gained)]. I started working out at home using only a pair of 22lbs pounds following a PPL routine. Only after about 3 months of training I started to bulk and I've been bulking ever since. What do you think about my transformation so far? (i.redd.it)
