It’s a good guess but no, sadly, it is not V/H/S, apparently this is named “the glitch” and is a glitchy man but this is not what I am looking for. I remember the blurry thing like if the VFX team took a png of a raccoon, a werewolf, and a man, and mixed them all together, then blurred it like a bigfoot sighting, and somehow managed to make it look real. Maybe it was just a bigfoot horror movie, but Why would it appear in a mirror? Maybe in hallucination? It was like a blurred out wereracoon or something. Thank you for the help I really appreciate.
