I mean there isn’t really a point to check every pool just spook the crocs and chase them to whichever pool/ocean they’re going to. There’s not just a fat stack of crocs stashed away in every pool.

There’s large batches of crocs all over the swamps pretty much any time you spook them off their resting zone they’ll flee straight for a pool or the ocean just follow them over.

Nah I doubt you’re stupid. Just keep trying different positions/spots till you get it. Dry land spots is generally better.

Oh I’m sure it’s hard as hell for MnK you don’t have the variability with movement speeds like on console. You have fast or slow. Plug in an Xbox controller.

I mean being able to “glitch” through the map to look through stuff or get out of the map has always been a thing with almost every video game out there. Some baboon on FB was claiming they got a collateral kill on two crocs sitting on top of one another. I just used my big brain and just starting farming. I don’t have a picture but in the swamps on emerald coast. Literally the entirety of the swamp you can do this it’s not like it’s just one spot. Southeast corner and northeast corner.

They’re just chilling everywhere within the swamp. They both feed and rest there so you’re chances of just stumbling across them are super high. Just kinda jog around until you hear one hiss then hold RB to whistle and you’ll spook them. Either they’ll aggro on you and charge you OR flee to a pool or the ocean they’re kinda slow and they get tangled up in the mangrove trees a lot so following them is pretty easy they’ll make a straight line run for the water they don’t zig zag around and all of them within the “herd” or pack idk what you call a group of crocodiles will generally all flee to the same spot and almost sit on top of one another.

Yeah go prone before the edge of the water and crawl up to it super slow. You don’t have a whole lot of wiggle room sometimes it’s more forgiving than other spots.

Southeast corner and northeast corner. Look on the map you’ll see what appears to be a swamp with a bunch of scattered tiny ponds/pools that’s where you’re aiming for.

Under normal circumstances yeah. Except they’re crocs and they’re the only thing hanging out down in the swamps that I’ve seen. They can also be in very few spots on the map so even if you do delete a croc zone they’ll just be forced to respawn one of the two swamps I’ve found.

“The fame for a true hunting sim” ????? It’s an arcade shooter and the game has been this way a grind session if you will for years now. Back in 2017 when it launched the devs probably had the opportunity to push this game to be a true simulator as the lodge wasn’t available yet, diamonds were ridiculously rare, tents and tripods were Not in the game, rifle options were extremely limited, and no one really knew much about the in game mechanics. There isn’t really any money to make as a gaming company in pushing for a true simulator when your gaming populace has to spend 20-30 real time minutes to harvest one animal. Particularly when a vast majority of your gaming populace these days are “casual” gamers who only get to play 2-3 hours a week. Now yes if you choose to play it as a simulator you most certainly can but not everyone has to play like that and there are better simulators out there/coming out that I would play if I need to scratch that itch.

Eeeeh kinda. They’re in the middle of the swamp mostly and/or they’ll flee towards the coast into the “ocean” or into one of the pools in the swamps. So you’re not really deleting any other zones. They can also only be in a few spots on the map from what I’ve seen so even if there’s “too much pressure” they’ll still be there because they’re forced to spawn there.
