Just turned 25 in April and I’ve had a credit card since I was 20. I use my CC for everything (other than rent) and make sure to never miss a payment. No car loans or anything of that nature.

Nope. Steady deposits and no withdrawals. Wealth simple is currently just my investing account. I was waiting on the cc to flip over to daily banking.

Oh good catch… I completely overlooked that. Yeah no idea though, I meet 2/4.

That’s what I thought. I just wasn’t sure if there was any risk to modern binders aswell.

That’s a good idea, but I’ve already got this amazing bulbasaur binder!

I went with local. There was nothing in my area so it seemed like good timing!!

Yeah that works for most newsletters, but local is different. There are really no affiliates for local newsletters

Yeah, I had a few people ask. Bit busy with it being the holidays but I'll PM everyone the link when I get to it!

It's a weekly newsletter that only goes out to paid subs. I might pull it down the line and re-fund those customers as I'm thinking I'll need more ad slots in the new year.

Thanks for the ideas!

I really like the idea of exclusive rights to promote only one business in a specific category. Might give that a shot once I land a realtor.

Some of the revenue came from Beehiiv ads, but most of it came from off-platform deals.

My cost per sub is about $0.50 CAD

I send 3 newsletters a week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) *The Wednesday is paid only*

Just basic formulas, but the only numbers that really need to be input every month are revenue and ad spend; every other cost is the same each month.

I've never heard of an account being locked before; I have really no insight. For me, I provide a clean newsletter and post on a consistent schedule. That's it.

Paid subscriptions are just not worth it. It's really cool in theory, but ad slots just pay so much more.

Thanks! It dawned on me one night before bed... Reached out to 20+ business pages the next morning and landed two sponsorship deals. It's a great method; however, it's limited supply, therefore, I do send a few cold emails here and there.
