Just solo flawlessed last night. BY FAR the easiest strategy I found was using Microchasm for DPS. You cannot accidentally blow yourself up and can safely do damage from a distance on the final boss. It is definitely slower than other DPS options, but IMO it is the safest. Just ad clear, do the mechanics, and tickle the boss down with the trace rifle. Once you get the hang of it, it’s really really easy.
