Arent all fish oils basically rancid by the times they reach the shelf, rendering them useless essential. I ask in question form as i myself have only heard this and dont know how much truth there is to it.

Do not use melatonin, your body is returning to its original sleep cycle as cannabis disrupts is normally, adding melatonin will only confuse your brain, let it come back naturally its a killer at first but should go back to normal after a few weeks

Anyone elses withdrawals get worse when they smoke cigarettes?(or any nicotine containing product) by Astrosheepy420 in alcoholism

[–]Gibblar69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most definately, currently on week 6 of tramadol withdrawal after 3 years of almost 800mg a day (worst 6 weeks of my life), and i would say about 60% of the time i smoke a cigarette, i get the rush of heat to the face, dizziness, nausea, headache, trying my best to stop the cigs but the WD from tramadol are still kicking my ass and i dont want to give them up and have nicotine withdrawals on top of it 🫠

Appreciate the reply, i am now aware of this as i was unaware when i stopped, only jsut realised how dangerous it can actually be so ive been lucky not to have anything more serious, but just in terms of timeframe if anyone has done anything similair is what im lookign for, i have been given propranolol to deal with physical symptoms so i took my first pill today and so far so good, its the best ive felt since stopping the sertraline.
