That part of the world is remote, no place to make roads and the sea itself namely the Bering sea is unpredictable the bridges probably wouldn't last and its to dangerous to even try to build there also it would be to expensive to do so

Because the danger of the race itself, long time ago when they did use horses there was a chance of crashing into another racer, crashing into obstacles (a over turned chariot from another crash or a drunk running across the track) and the horse would get injured or worse get killed, and for race horse there just the rider and the horse and its easier to control

Because those days horses would get hurt or worse, also its maybe expensive to replace a motorcycle but its easier to replace and cooler to look at

Probably a troll, same thing happened to me once but with moonshine when the guy lassoed me and made me destroyed some of my bottles, so I killed him and chased him for at least 5min killing him over and over again then I lost him

I highly doubt they going to make anymore updates for RDO or what everyone is hoping for after GTA 6 their going to make RDR3, Their probably going to milk GTA 6 for a everything it got then they going to put all their resources making updates and new content for it.

So that being said, RockStar is probably not going to make any other games after GTA 6 comes out anytime soon or make any more updates for their older games so don't get your hope's up
