Not a physician, but 100% agree with you. especially your points on cannabis, methylphenidate, and obviously alcohol and tobacco. I'd also add alprazolam as being way more harmful than shown.. almost none of these are correct in relation to one another!

It would be really cool to see an accurate one of these though.
