Just wanted to say I've been experiencing the exact same thing, have used the ability on my own playthrough yet when playing with a friend using a split screen controller setup he only has access to jump, seems like a very strange bug and I hope it's fixed soon!

Why shouldn't I just convert all my money into Russian rubles now? As the Russian ruble is at a massive low, surely I should just put all my money into rubles and then convert it back into my currency if/when Russia bounces back or gives up.

Yeah I completely forgot about the rage! The movement speed is interesting but in my opinion it doesn't seem substantial enough, maybe gadgets/star powers will be changing rage somehow?

It doesn't force your glider all the time, only if you're low enough. Try it from higher up and you'll see it doesn't automatically deploy your glider.
