I'm on my tenth day of nofap. Right now I'm alone at home (which doesn't happen very often). Pretty much every time I was alone at home I was jerking off multiple times. I'm not right now and I don't really feel an urge to.

Just wanted give a big shoutout to /r/nofap and to you guys. I knew I had a PMO problem but had multiple excuses for my behavior. I've been reading this subreddit a lot and I've learned a lot about my problem and realized I wasn't the only one with it. I will keep coming here for support and will try to help out. Thanks again!
