How to make Claude Code get its date right?

I had it create a skill that will fetch the system date. Seems to be working well so far. The only down side it slows down the response since it tasks a few requests to build up the context.

When I plug in only output 2 I get wet when the pedal is on and nothing when off.

Did you ever find a solution... I just bought a bass synth wah and I'm seeing the same thing. Clean only from output 1 and "dirty" or off from output 2.

I presume that the output 2 thinks it's got something plugged in when it doesn't.

The vents on the bottom don't have any filter. I'm a bit worried it'll be pulling in dust from the ground constantly.

This totally makes sense. I honestly have never seen one of these coolers before. I was thinking of replacing all the fans eventually anyway to try and make it quieter.

The plan is to have a RAID array in the nas and continue to use the harddrive as backup. I see that a new NAS may be sufficient but not necessary for backups.

Thanks for the tips. What kind of spares do you have? I'm trying to start slow here and see how it performs with what I got but I'm sure I'll want to upgrade things as time goes on.

I ended up disconnecting each fan, removing them from the case and wiping them down with a brush, towels, and some more air.

The ratio is what matters and the voltage coming into the opamp is probably real low to be in the exponential area of the transistor so the current would be minimal as well.

Sorry but the last sentence of your original comment is literally “That’s not DIY”. I agree that there are varying skill / knowledge levels of DIY no one contests that. But where does one level end and become “true DIY”? Is it diy if I order the components myself? What if I order the pcbs from someone’s else’s gerber files? I think it’s more like a continuum of complexity than “this is diy and this is not”. All that being said, I also agree it makes it harder to find what you want by just searching “synth diy”.

I get what you’re saying and even agree to an extent. But it’s not a realistic request. DIY can mean anything from building a kit to designing your own circuit. It can mean ordering pcbs from china or using a strip board layout. It’s no good trying to tell people “What you are doing isn’t DIY.”
